Built to attract coffee hungry students, and exceeded there needs. Not to mention keep up with the most strict food-service standards around.
This is where I come in! I worked with BrewBike to develop a coffee serving bike that could exceed the stringent Health-Code and be comfortable pumping out Nitro Cold Brew all day!
In 2015, a group of Northwestern freshmen felt it was too hard to get great coffee on campus. They wanted to offer delicious coffee that didn't involve long lines. So they started Northwestern's first fully student-run coffee with a twist. Their first idea was to build a mobile coffee bike, park it in the best location on campus, and serve delicious cold brew coffee.
