As part of a cross-functional team, I contributed to the design, development, and construction of three Formula SAE cars, enhancing their performance and reliability with each iteration. Using CAD software like Fusion360 and SolidWorks, developing 3D models and simulations that improved aerodynamics and chassis rigidity. As a team we manufactured each car, ensuring precision across the suspension, braking, and powertrain systems while maintaining budgetary control and securing sponsorships. Rigorous testing and data analysis led to iterative design improvements, helping us secure top placements in dynamic events and earn accolades for our innovative designs and technical presentations.
